RBSCC's origins began in 1973 at the Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Center at 319 Stanhope St. Brooklyn. Through a multi-service approach, this senior center has provided nutritional, health promotion and social services for seniors 60 and older for over 42 years. The center continues to serve seniors from various backgrounds and cultures residing in the Bushwick and Ridgewood neighborhoods.
Our expertise in running this active, diverse center allowed RBSCC to expand our services to 8 other senior centers and clubs in Bushwick, Williamsburg and Bedford Stuyvesant. Each center offers a wide range of programming that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of our members.
RBSCC's case management services assist an average of 800 residents on a daily basis.
We prepare and deliver a robust 1,300 hot nutritious meals per day.
